“I want to create a space where you feel welcome, understood, and free to be yourself – like talking to your diary.”
I’m Sophia Hanseder – a sexologist (MSc), personal coach, and couples and relationship counsellor (iT), with a background in social work (BA). My work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based, and discrimination-sensitive practices, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
My professional journey has taken me across Germany, Australia, Tanzania, Uganda, Nepal, India, and Thailand, shaping a strong cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity. I particularly welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, as well as those navigating the complexities of international and multicultural relationships.
Alongside my formal qualifications, I am also a certified yoga teacher and massage therapist, allowing me to integrate a more holistic, body-aware perspective into my work.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and communities in developing greater awareness, connection, and wellbeing – creating space for growth in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Sexology Hub
Sexuality shapes our lives in profound ways, yet it is often surrounded by silence and stigma. At Sexology Hub, I bring together counselling, coaching, and education to offer a hoIistic approach to psychological, sexual, and relational health and wellbeing.
Whether you are seeking individual support, relationship counselling, a tailored coaching experience, or engaging group courses, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, needs, and desires.
Think of it as speaking out loud to a diary – with the difference that this “diary” (me!) is met with professional guidance, evidence-based knowledge, and a compassionate, experienced perspective. Together we navigate challenges, deepen understanding, and create meaningful opportunities for growth.
I work with individuals, couples, and people of all genders and relationship structures, supporting topics such as emotional challenges, relationship dynamics, sexual health, important life decisions, and self-discovery. Each process is tailored to your unique needs.
In addition, I offer customised workshops and seminars for schools, organisations, and professionals, covering topics such as consent, sexual health, diversity, and stress management.
All services are available in English and German. Counselling sessions are conducted online, while coaching and educational formats can be offered both online and in person.
