Individual counselling: 60 minutes

Longer sessions can be arranged if needed.

This varies from person to person. Some clients come for a few sessions to gain clarity, while others choose ongoing support for deeper or more complex topics.

Yes, all sessions are confidential, except otherwise agreed, or in rare circumstances required by law (e.g., if someone is at risk of harm).

The minimum information we need to register you is your name, email address and a password. We will ask you more questions for different services, including sales promotions.
